Jason is a Tallahassee native with over 17-years of experience in the appliance service and repair industry. His small, family-owned and operated business started in 2019. Jason envisions a business-customer relationship built on integrity, generosity, great communication, and deep connection.

Brandon joined our team in October 2025 as a dedicated technician, bringing a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering reliable service. Since joining, he has quickly become a valuable part of the team by supporting daily operations, assisting with technical tasks, and helping ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Amber settled in Tallahassee after graduating from Florida State University. Her passion for education led to a ten-year teaching career for primary school students. Amber joined her husband, Jason, three years ago as the office manager of Jason's Appliance Repair. She envisions their business operating with excellence, honesty, and serving others like family.

We're excited to welcome a new Customer Service Representative, Cheryl, to our team this summer! She brings valuable experience from her time as a sales director for a hotel chain, where she developed strong communication skills, a passion for helping people, and a deep understanding of customer needs. Her background in hospitality and relationship-building will be a great asset as she supports our customers and contributes to our team's commitment to excellent service.
